We have to work Harder and Smarter

Our fanatical commitment to client success distinguishes us from the field.  While the value of working "smarter rather than harder" is well accepted, our startup-driven stance is to work both smarter and harder, placing mission first to help our clients accomplish incredible achievements.  

We value our team members and recognize the importance of employee welfare in sustaining service quality for the long haul. Our time in industry has taught us how to educate, develop, and nurture talent while maintaining maximum client-facing intensity at all times.  

The most challenging missions are often punishing uphill climbs, but they are also the most exciting.  We rigorously train, plan, and prepare so we are always ready to embrace the hardship for our clients.

 

 

We constantly revisit beliefs and assumptions

Our willingness to self-examine and adjust our approach sets us apart.  There is  much to learn from established norms and practices, but our startup-driven stance has taught us that sacred cows can stand in the way of progress, and sometimes need to be slaughtered. 

We have values of integrity and honesty that we will never compromise.  We  recognize that our clients do, too, and that organizations have ways of doing things for a good reason.  Our time in industry has taught us to discern between institutional values that deserve respect, and preconceptions that can be questioned and possibly changed.

It is difficult to look with a critical eye on one's own assumptions and beliefs, but doing so can reveal new paths to success.  We openly examine pre-existing notions to find new ways to achieve success for our clients.

We Innovate to do More with less

Our hunger to innovate makes us different.  The "way it's always been done" is a useful place to begin, but our startup-driven stance embraces the reality that new tools and technologies are constantly emerging to reduce costs and resources needed to reach goals.

Some infrastructure is critical to organizational well-being.  Our time in industry has taught us to invest wisely in the institutions and structures that help build a sustainable, robust, quality-focused organization, while minimizing unnecessary overhead and bloat.  

Innovation sometimes involves risk, but it also brings the potential of great rewards.  We accept risk onto ourselves so we can give our clients the benefit of new  methods, efficiencies, and economies.
