Robert Chapman

Partner

Robert Chapman oversees Business Development (BD) and Recruiting for Statheron. He has more than a decade of experience developing and executing successful BD efforts for government contractors in the Defense and International Development sectors. Most significantly, he led capture and proposal management activities that grew his previous company's annual revenue from $650,000 to more than $100M in five years.

His management experience spans the full BD life-cycle, including: opportunity identification and qualification, pipeline development, teaming and partnerships, mentor/protégée relationships, compliance matrices, compliant outlines, writing, editing, pricing, production, color team review, black hat reviews, capture management, customer and competitor intelligence.

Robert received his Master’s in Public Policy from Pepperdine University with emphases in Economics and International Development. He is Shipley trained in Proposal Management and Writing Executive Summaries. Additionally, he holds a Master’s in Business Development from the Business Development Institute.

 

 

Bryan Baldridge

Partner

Bryan Baldridge oversees Finance, accounting, pricing, and facility security for Statheron. He brings more than two decades of experience in strategic planning, corporate and program finance, investing, and asset management in support of engineering, construction, linguist support, media purchases, and professional services in the government and private sectors.

He began his government contracting career with the start-up of a linguist company providing services to DEA and DHS before moving on to be CFO for a communication, intelligence analysis, and language and cultural advisory services firm. At multiple companies, he has overseen growth from several hundred thousand dollars per year to tens of millions of dollars per year in revenue. He is a price-to-win specialist, with over $1B in contract awards. His expertise includes developing robust accounting systems for certification by the DCAA and identifying innovative means to reduce costs to Government organizations without compromising service quality.

Bryan received his Bachelor's degree from Westmont College, where he double-majored in Economics and Physical Science. He has completed extensive post-graduate coursework in accounting, auditing, and business management.
